The satisfaction with care is a multidimentional event. Two major domains of satisfaction are clinically related and non-clinically related. The clinically related items refer to the direct interaction of the therapist with the patient. The non-clinical items refer to the some of the surroundings where the care is given. This paper will discuss the development of a valid instrument to measure patient satisfaction. The instrument's further development will be discussed in detail.
