On the way to the top our driver played a little game with us. On a downhill part he suddenly released the brakes so we slided on down. We all were surprised by this action!!!!!
We did a few of those hills and we finally reached the top of the trail. At the top of the trail we had an amazing view of "The Slickrock Bike Trail". This is "THE MOUNTAINBIKE TRAIL IN THE WORLD".
By the way, slickrock is kind of like sandpaper, you can almost literally walk vertically on it.
We stayed about half an hour on the top of the trail to watch the very nice sunset and to take some pictures. We also saw some other 4X4 on the same trail.
After sunset it got cold very quickly so we started to leave. After we got back to Base Camp we paid the driver $40 +tip.
The day was long for all of us, yet we decided to go for a drink in a bar in town. They played live music there, but the music was too loud for such a small bar. So when James left, me and some others left too. The others took a taxi back or just walked back to Base Camp.
