The JCC's Youth Karate program is a unique blend of exercise and situational self defense role play for today's children. The classes are for beginning and advanced students alike. In addition to karate techniques, your children will learn self defense strategies for use against bullies and adult predators. Most importantly, all kids will role play these strategies against other children and our adult instructors.

Our instructors will also work with you, the parents, to reinforce anything you are trying to teach your children at home. Please ask us how.
