The George-Anne

The George-Anne is the newspaper at Georgia Southern University. This is also where I work as the Managing Editor, in charge of designing the front page of the paper, etc. I'm second in command at the G-A now. I really enjoy working at the G-A and I really like the challenge of a fast paced working environment. I started working at the G-A about September of 1999, and I've managed to work my way up to the top, and for that I am thankful. It's also really cool that I get along with my co-workers so well there, and I not only have a cool job, but I also gained a lot of new friends by working at the G-A. Above is a picture of some of the George-Anne staff 99-00 when we went to the National Media Convention in Atlanta. We rented the "party mobile" you see behind us and that was so much fun. I'm the third one from the left and that's Kelley, who at the time was the editor-in-chief, is standing beside me. To visit the official George-Anne website,CLICK HERE
