Children deserve equal amounts of teacher time to aid their learning irregardless of ability. All children need to be challenged to stretch their knowledge with appropriate support. I will take the time to get to know the needs of each child and work my hardest to ensure that they are learning to their potential. Seeing each child's strengths and weaknesses is important to me.
