I have an Autolisp routine that works great in R14 but returns a "syntax error" when it loads in R2000. It is
a dialog driven routine. Any ideas on what to look for?

Try out the AutoCAD 2000 Migration Assistance. It has
an AutoLISP compatibiltiy analyzer in it and should
tell you where the conflict is.
