On this job we needed to set 30+ concrete anchors weighing 3000 lbs. each.
A helicopter was the preferred method.

A month or so after the concrete anchors were set, the pond was flooded with
waste water from the paper making process at the mill in Port
Townsend, and I suited up and got in the water to install a flow control
curtain.
