We are born with a specific amount of enzymes and each time we eat food that doesn't contain live enzymes within them our bodies have to use its own supply. When a food has been killed or picked, the enzymes die with it. When we start to run low on the enzymes, we start to slowly age. Luckily, there is a food that we can eat that is still living and that is sprouts. Not only does a sprout contain live enzymes, which our bodies will use instead of what little enzyme our body has, it also is extremely high in vitamins and minerals that sustain life. A seed is a powerhouse filled with all the nutrients that cause it to sprout. Once a seed is planted in the soil, the soil itself takes from the seed more so than what it gives it to germinate. Mother Nature knows this and has increased the nutrients within the seed, giving it enough nutrients to not only make the seed grow but to compensate for the leaching into the soil.e soil leeching. |
