An unbelievable sight as we sail into Glacier Bay.
'Up close and personal' with a glacier.
Only at this distance can you really understand the spectacle of millions of years of ice building up to form a wall so very high.

Right on cue the glacier 'calved' for us. Firstly a sound like a thunder clap and then the spectacle of the ice sliding into the water followed by the spectacular splash.
I had to put this pic in just to prove that I was really there!
Glacier Bay is a place all its own.
It has to truly be seen to be believed.
What a wonderful feat of nature and so majestic.
Only God could have engineered such a masterpiece.
