Outside Elbow Throw
This is a very cool trick. I have never seen it on any other juggling websites, but I picked it up from seeing the juggler in Cirque Du Soleil's Dralion on TV. This trick and the Inside Elbow Throw are variations of the same trick. Once you get one, the other one should come very easily.
Start the trick out by juggling a normal 3 ball cascade. Whenever you choose to start the trick, catch one of the balls of the cascade and do not throw it back up again. Instead, bend your arm while still holding the caught ball, and hit the next ball that you would normally catch with that hand with the outside of your elbow. Then throw the ball that you are holding back in the cascade and keep on juggling. With some practice, you might be able to do this with almost every ball in both hands...
Watch this video. It gives you a better idea of what the trick looks like. It's not DVD quality, but it's the best I have right now. Watch it in your browser, or download it to a disk. With some versions of AOL I've been informed that the videos will not work in a browser window, and need to be downloaded to a disk. E-mail me if the video doesn't work.
