Start your day right with a healthy breakfast!

This is the biggest mission one should fulfill as we do our daily chores.

Have you ever wondered about the importancr of just a 5-10 minute breakfast everyday?

According to Dr. Rey Salinel, a diabetologist, by sunrise or in the morning, our body is already in the fasting mood. Half our body's glucose has already been drained and it needs to be replenished. We need to break the fast - that's why we need to eat breakfast!

Nope, you just cant eat anything and everything under the sun.

Nutritionists say a good breakfast is a combination of carbohydrates and protein, low in sugar and fat and with a lot of fiber. Carbohydrates can be found in breads, rioce and oatmeal and it is advised that one should eat whole wheat bread and brown rice that both contain lots of fiber. Proteins is present in egg, tuna and cheese but not with high-fat content. And so if you feel like eating sandwiches for breakfast, avoid using mayonnaise as dressing because it contains so much fat.

Just a glimpse of a good breakfast to fuel our bodies: two slices of whole wheat toast with a slice of light cheddar cheese, oatmeal with fruit, whole wheat cereal with skim milk, scrambled eggs with toast or whole wheat bread with tuna.

BREAKFAST - It boosts metabolism, improves concentration and results in less craving for fatty foods. So start your day right, nourish your body and have the energy you need for the rest of the day.

Have you heard of the so-called miracle oil that is ever available in your kitchen?

Im talking about OLIVE OIL which according to ancient proverb can cure all the aches and pains and will keep you in glow thru the years.

The wonder oil especially the "extra virgin" one will make your skin so smooth with everyday use. Just mix a tablespoon of olive oil with salt and apply it all over your body. Rinse your body after 30 minutes and presto you've got a school-girl complexion. This is no exaggeration! Try it to believe it!

Exercise can affect fertility?

According to The American Society of Reproductive Medicine, regular exercises and a healthy diet enhance fertility by keeping body weight at normal levels and by relieving stress and anxiety.

On the other hand, excessive amounts of exercise can be a cause of infertility because it can lead to amenorrhea (the absence of menstruation) in women and a lowered sperm count in men.

PPA -not the controversial Purchased Power Adjustment.

Its the PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE - a medicine ingredient that according to reports can cause cancer. PPA is present in most cough syrups.

According to Health Secretary Manolet Dayrit, PPA is safe as long as it is with in the right dosage.

And so there, just the authorities.

Lose your temper and age faster.

Oh no ...!! Not me!

Challenging your anger is the start of the healing process and so Im providing you the survival tips when you feel the onset of anger (from "The Heart of Soul" by Gary Zukav and Linda Francis) - Let out a good scream, down a glass of water, talk to someone sympathetic, write it down, then tear it up, or burn it, or make a paper boat out of it and release it to the sea, watch a funny movie, go to the gym, be in the company of friends, eat your comfort food whatever that may be, pamper yourself like go to a spa, change your look and have a nice make-over, pray, play with children, do something good for somebody including charity or civic work.

The other ways - pull out weeds in your garden, bake and if you cant bake, cook. If you can't cook, go to your favorite restaurant, scrub the bathroom floor, hug a pet, try something new - a new lipstick, perfume, necktie and especially a new attitude..chant this affirmation "I am one with life", have a good body scrub and exfoliate all the toxins and anger from your body.

Angry? you shouldn't. Instead start your day right (also) by reading this article over and over again starting today.
