Particularly in the Caribbean with emphasis in the CARICOM markets and its trading partners such as Cuba, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. He has also worked in the implementation of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) by providing research and information on the opportunites it will bring for Caribbean Service Providers. Commands several aspects of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT's) topic and has vast experience om MIS and It issues.
He is a well known professional in the international arena by having interact with many institution in a wide variety of developmental projects. He has have working relationships with institutions such as The International Trade Centre (ITC) in Geneva. UNCTAD, PAHO, WTO, the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), the Interamerican Development Bank,( IADB), The CARICOM and CARIFORUM Secretariat, the CSME Unit, The Regional Negotiating Machinery (RNM), CAIC, and several Trade and Investment Promotion Organisations such as JAMPRO and JEA in Jamaica. BIDC in Barbados, TIDCO in Trinidad and Tobago, BELTRAIDE in Belize, GOINVEST in Guyana and OECS-EDU in Dominica. Additionally he keeps linkages with several Chambers of Commerce in the Region. Having been a lecturer in one of Dominican Republic's most important University has made him a great presenter of the fields he commands. He can speak fluent English, has French and Italian reading, and conversational skills, Spanish is his mother language. Mr. Liranzo is considered a regional expert on information gathering and processing.
He has a wife and two children to whom he dedicates much time and love. He is also an avid science reader and like phisics and quantum mechanics.
