Jan 2007 - Actual,  Santo Domingo, Banco de Fomento de la Vivienda y la Producci�n BNV, MIS Manager, Made a System Revision and  prepare a short term plan to solve problems. Implement an  ERP (BYTE) and improve the technology infrastructure of the bank. Is responsible for 12 employes that offer IT services to all ares of the institution. Used his expertise in IBM AS, I5  systems to improve the productivity of banking applications.  Implemented new information dissemination tools such as Intranet, Forums, Newsletters, etc.

Feb 2006 � Dec 2006, Santo Domingo, MultiComputos & La Antillana Comercial, Project Consultant Conducted a aystems review for La antillana.  Base don its results, prepared a strategic plan to tackled found problems. Also prepared aplan for the implementation of  ERP (INTEGRA) for all the affiliates of the La Antillana Group.
For Multicomputos prepared a plan for the strategic expansi�n of sales portfolio  to non traditional clients.

Jan 2005 � Jul  2005, Barbados, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Programa de Desarrollo para el Caribe C-TRADECOM (implementado por Carana Corp.), Project Assessment Systems Consultant Assist C-TRADECOM management to evaluate and document the performance and impact of C-TRADECOM and each of its projects.
I was expected to review all pertinent documentation, interview C-TRADECOM and other project managers as necessary to assist with:
1.Review of evaluation criteria and procedures for each project; and,
2.Evaluation of the performance and impact of all completed and on-going projects;
3.Assist with development of reports and other materials that effectively describe and document project impact relative to C-TRADECOM strategic objectives.
Successes:
Evaluated 42 projects including Regional Integration Support to the CSME unit, additionally to the evaluation the following projects were finilised,
1.Road Map Dominica, this project consists of the development of two documents: a road map and a procedural guide and a final presentation and PR.
2.OECS Metrology (equipment and training) the procurement of equipment and delivery of training on the use of equipment.  
3.CROSQ Projects (LAN, WAN, Training in Barbados and TTBS assistance)
4.OECS Internet Projects (websites and training) the seminar was successfully delivered in Barbados

c) August 1995-December 1995: Assist Price Waterhouse Dominican Republic in providing Information Technology Services to its clients.  Conduct audits on Information Systems and Information Technology.  Develop Disaster Recovery Plans and Manuals to clients particularly the Banking sector.
d) May 1993-November 1993: Installation of Terminals Network (WAN) nationwide, to support Money-Ball and Pega 3 electronic games. Design Management with CODETEL's Data Networks Departments, using X.25 communications (Codepack) and HDLC through Dial-up and dedicated lines. The network is design to support 1,000 terminals. Installation of PC's local Novell network (LAN) for 16 users. Creation of maintenance department for both networks, technicians hiring and purchase of vehicles to support the remote network. Consultant as Network Manager, supervising 4 people directly, and 2 indirectly.
e) June 1990-August 1990: Development of systems programming department and control graphics for thermoelectric plants, cauldrons and hydroelectric plants for Westinghouse at ITABO Industrial Park. Consultant as Applications Engineer supervising 14 people.
f) January 1990: Thesis embodying results of original research in NETWORKS, MINICOMPUTERS AND CONECTIVITY. To opt of the academic degree of Licenciado en Inform�tica (Bachelor in Science/Systems Engineer). This included: Installation, Monitoring and Security for a LAN & Connectivity with most known minicomputers.
g) October 1988-January 1989: EDP computer system installation (hardware, accounting software and LAN software for PC's) for the corporate group La Opera, department and hardware store. Bonao, Dom. Rep.
