Cyprus
Cyprus is an island in the mediterrian sea, beneath Turky and west of Syri�. One part of the island is Turkish, the other (southern) part is the Republic of Cyprus. It has a flourishing nature and many animals can be seen at a walk. The climate is pleasant, with an average temperature of 32 �C in the summer. Due to Greek influence from more than 3000 years ago, Cyprus has great culture to explore.

The Maltese Islands are situated in the Mediterranean Sea, about 100 km from Sicily and 290 km from North Africa. They consist of Malta (390 sq km) Gozo (65 sq km) and Comino (2.5 sq km). They are one of the oldest civilisations in the Mediterranean dating back to circa 5000 years B.C. The official languages are Maltese and English with most of the people also fluent in Italian. Inspite of their small size, Malta and Gozo offer a variety of settings; seaside resorts, inland towns, rural locations, etc. In most places, rich seams of history and culture can be found.
