Fan Fiction: Has to be published somewhere (LJ, Forum, blog, website). I'll put the link and a brief summary at the "Fan Fiction" section.

With the link you must send the following information:

Author: (Can be either your name or nickname)
Rating: (G = General Audiences; PG = For material you think might be inappropriate for children under 13; R = Violence, sexual situations; Adult 18+ = Adult) - ratings from the LJ Danny_Jordan Community)
Pairing: (Besides Jordan/Danny, of course)
Spoilers: (Here you say which episodes the reader should have seen before reading your story)
Warnings: (If you have any warnings - like in case of smut, swearing, explicit content or something you'd like to add - this is the place to write it)
Summary: Write here a little bit about the trama of your fanfic.

Fan Video: Has to be uploaded somewhere (YouTube, Google Video, your own server) and I'll put the link and the info at the Fan Videos section.

With the link you must send the following information:

Author: (Can be either your name or nickname)
Category: (Music Videos, Music Videos with lines from the show or Other)
Date: (Can be either the date you made it or the date you uploaded it)
Spoilers: (From which episodes you got the scenes in your video?)
Summary: (Here you don't have much to say, so just tell us the main idea of your video or the song you used. Or you could just copy and paste here what you wrote on YouTube video description)
