It is up to every one that reads this to help. There is a way to help call your local congressmen and tell them what you want them to do about it. I'm proposing a new law one with regulations and requirements that will help prevent further abuse of the drug and will help in providing relief to the people that need the drug in their lives. I want the law to include that only marijuana is being semi legal and only marijuana all other hard drugs stay illegal. It would make no sense to legalize drugs that do more harm than good. Having required prescriptions and examination to get the drug is a must if you want to help only those who need it. If a law was to be passed in would be a monumental feet, it wouldn't change the lives for many of the citizens in the country but for those who lived a life of shame and paranoia it would be a blessing. They could be happy with themselves and not have to worry about the law and the way others felt. The can have medicine that helps control the pain. The crime that is associated with marijuana would also be cut down. With the percentage of the people using it on the prescription drug that amount of crime that's involves getting the drug would disappear." Nobel laureate in economics Milton Friedmansays that the criminalization of certain drugs undermines respect for the law and creates ' a decadent moral climate," He states that legalizing drugs like marijuana would " thus strike a double blow; reduce crime activity directly, and at the same time increase the efficacy of law enforcement and crime prevention."(Pros and Cons of Drug legalization, Decriminalization, and harm reduction, hearing before congress) Still problems may occur with abusive patients but with a stricter law for marijuana control these people should not pose that much of a threat. This plan for a bill will create new and safer environments for all the people that are in involved with marijuana as a medical alterative. I urge you to get in contact with your representatives and tell them that you want a law for marijuana that will help those who need it, not those who abuse it.
