| Welcome to YWAM Living Stone Descipleship Training Schools! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| We are excited to share with you a little more about outr DTS programs. Our January School starts on the 15th of January regardless the day of the week on which it falls. This is a 20-week program suited for those who cannot do the usual 24-week program. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The second DTS starts on June the 28th and it is also a 20-week program. June is Summer in the northern hemisphere but it is the beginning of winter in the southern hemisphere. Winter in Zambia is very mild, it never snows and it never goes below zero. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Here are some night pictures of the DTS of 2007 participants who did an outreach among the Mbukushu people in Namibia and Botswana. The people group was reported by World Missions Center of South Africa as one of the unreached people groups. YWAM Livingstone was challenged to consider reaching the unreached in the less accessible but nearby areas of Botswana, Namibia and Angola. When this little team left the base I (Jonathan) had no idea where they would go. They prayed and felt God was leading them to Botswana and to Botwana they did go. They were challenged by the living conditions but ministered the gospel to the people they met. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The Cost of doing any School at YWAM Living Stone Whether one is doing DTS, IBCS, SBS, TBS, or SCPL the cost of doing a twenty week School at YWAM Livingstone is the same across the schools. As soon as we are in our own building we will knock off a third from the international student's fee. For now, it is US$450 per month for Developed Nations, $300 for nationals of newly industrialized nations like Korea, $200 for nationals of emerging economies like South Africa and Brazil, and K400,000 for nationals of Third World countries. Add a US$500 for outreach travel to these monthly fees a realistic budget for category A is USA$ 2500 to cover tuition, food, boarding, a $50 nonrefundable application fee, and transportation to outreach location. All international students are advised that they have to budget for their own visas for Zambia and whatever nation the Outreach goes to. All our outreaches are within the region (from South Africa to Kenya). For Third World students this means budgeting for K3,000,000 an amount ranging in value from $800 to $1000. If you have difficulty culculating what you would need to pay, find a cash an online cash converter and you will get accurate and updated conversion rates. Please keep praying for our building project. We believe its completion will help us reduce the cost of training for our international students! |

| What are these IBC guys doing here? The Introduction To Biblical Counseling School has been renamed as Foundations in Counseling Ministries. I will be building the new page shortly. For now, pray for them. They are in Uganda! Consider doing the FCM School with us in September this year. You will "bless" yourself as you integrate truth into your life and prepare to minister to God's hurting world! The pre- requisite for this School is the DTS! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
