This project involved full renovation of a single fronted single story terrace house including new bathroom, laundry, kitchen and attic storage space.

The project stands out for its minimalist design blending the traditional and contemporary features of the house together in a very tasteful well thought out manner.

Second hand fully restored mantle piece and cast iron insert with new hearth tiling. Stained French oak herring bone parquet flooring through out the house. Built in Emporite shelving to either side of fireplace. Custom made cube stools enamel site painted.

Emporite finish built in robes with antique glass handles, new light fittings, new flush finish light switches and power points to entire house.

Not shown in this photo is the entire replacement of the ceiling, cornices and the strengthening of the ceiling joists to create a huge attic storage area to the front part of the house accessed via a pull down ladder in the study. New period style skirting boards through out house. New caps and corbels to hall way arch.

Emporite finished kitchen joinery encompassing pantry, integrated fridge & dishwasher. Smart stone reconstituted stone bench tops, returns and splash backs with mitered cornered edges and polished cut out for under counter mounted sinks. Finger pull draws.

Frameless fixed and swing glass shower screen, recessed shower shelf and floor to ceiling 300*600 fully rectified edge tiles to entire bathroom.

Perlato Royal marble vanity bench top with mitred cornered edge and polished cut out for under counter mounted basin. Floating emporite finish vanity unit. European style laundry. 300*600 fully rectified edge floor tiles. Precise fitting large mirror. Not seen in this photo are the 2 Velux skylights.

Interesting angled windows and doors.

The entire house was fitted with ducted heating and cooling.

New Bluescope steel water tank with water pump feeding the external taps, toilet and washing machine. Tank is sitting on new concrete pavers. Pump is fitted with mains diverter and filter.  The entire roof cladding was replaced with zincalume corrugated iron and all down pipes were fitted with first flush diverters and leaf eater rain heads. The tank is fed via a wet system storm water pipe with insect screens. New latticework to fencing to conceal existing palings fence.
