This project involved demolishing the rear of the house and the construction of a living area extension. The project also involved the renovation of the existing 2 bedrooms, hallway and the reconfiguration of the living area into a bathroom, laundry and kitchen.

The project stands out by its unusual frameless glass doors and windows. It also stands out due to its very contemporary and bold design.

New timber decking, new power upgrade to property and glass entrance door.

Baltic pine timber veneer over-head cupboards, Baltic pine solid timber bench-top, Emporite finish cabinetry, integrated fridge & dishwasher, painted cement sheet splash backs and internal wall cladding with exposed joints, new Baltic pine flooring with water based polyurethane floor finish, internal glass hall door.

Site enamel painted joinery with overhead cupboards, entertainment system recess, lower pull out draws and grill for hydronic heating. Each draw and cupboard has individual finger pulls.

Frameless, glass, openable fully stackable doors with pivot side door. These doors can be parked in the center or the sides.

Frameless butt jointed floor to ceiling window recessed into black aluminium glazing channel. Shugg frameless double hung windows and fixed high performance glazing fixed in place with aluminium glazing channel. Windows are fixed in between external grade, stained, exposed LVL structural beams.

Roger Seller fixtures & fittings. Glass splash back to basin. European style laundry with site enamel painted joinery. New period style replacement double hung window .

Frameless fold away shower screen, mirrored bath hob, glass mosaic tiles with grout to match, Roger Seller fixtures & fittings.
