Impressive yet easy Calzone

Ingredients
1 can of pizza dough (Pilsbury or similar)
1 small container of ricotta cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
Spaghetti sauce
Your favourite pizza toppings
Garlic
Oregano

Method
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle then cut in half.  Mix ricotta an mozzarella and a tablespoon of sauce.  Add garlic and oregano to taste.  Mix in prepared toppings.  Put a generous amount of the mixture on the bottom half of the dough.  Then fold the dough over itself and pinch together to seal.  Cook according to the dough instructions.  Heat the remaining spaghetti sauce for dipping.

Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
1   16 oz. bag of Tater Tots
1   8 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1   lb. lean hamburger
1   small bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 can milk

Method
Brown hamburger, drain grease.  Mix soup and milk together.  Spread Tater Tots on bottom on ungreased cake pan or casserole dish.  Spread cooked meat over Taters.  Pour soup mixture over meat.  Sprinkle cheese on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour (or until cheese is bubbling).

M&M Cookies

Ingredients
2   cups of flour                                      1 large egg
1    tsp baking soda                                  1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt                                              1 cup butter, softened
                                                             1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
12  oz. M&M candies                              2/3 cup white sugar

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.  Mix well and set aside.  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.  Beat in egg and vanilla.  Gradually blend in flour mixture.   Stir in M&Ms.  Drop by heaping spoonfulls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool one minute on the pan before lifting.

Tip:  for a very different flavour, substitute 1/4 of the M&Ms with raspberry chocolate chips.  For a chewier cookie, cook for only 10 minutes.
