The DownfallI failed to realize one important fact during this transformation. The fact that I was over training myself and setting myself up for a letdown. Shortly after the picture on the previous page was taken, I lost my drive and desire to maintain the level of fitness I had achieved. Although I continued to eat right, I began to miss workouts due to a lot of outside influences. Slowly over the next three years I began to let myself go and eventually returned to my old way of living, totally unfit and out of shape.
