My first strip for the year 2004 and also after a long hiatus while I was back in Singapore for the summer holidays. What is it about rubber gloves that fascinates me to no end? Is it because you can blow it up and put it on your head and pretend to be a rooster? Or is it because you can slip them on and pretend to be a superhero (think Batman or Dragonball characters)? I still remember when I was doing my AMS research year in a lab where wearing gloves is a routine daily affair when conducting experiments. It's lucky that I didn't develop a latex allergy did I? But I do know of someone in particular who is! Hah! But that's what latex-free gloves are for. They look damn hideous though. OK, I'm becoming tangential. Better stop now.
