VACATION RENTAL RATES

Daily (with a three day minimum) $199~$249
Weekly $850~$1,250
Monthly $2,350~$3,950

This house is also available for rent for the academic year starting September 1st and running through May 15th at the rate of $ 2,350 per month.

Balance of Rent:
must be received fourteen days prior to arrival date. Policies: The primary renter must be at least twenty five years old. Smoking and pets are not permitted, renters not observing policies will be asked to vacate premises without refund.

Refunds:
The security deposit will be returned within ten days of check out providing there is no damage to the house, boat dock and grounds, no missing items (including linens, towels, furniture, cookware, glassware, plates and flatware, etc.)

Cancellation policy:
More than thirty days of arrival date- full refund. Within thirty days of arrival date- rent deposit forfeited, security deposit and cleaning fee are returned.
