DERIVING THEIR just POWERS FROM the CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED, --(This means that government has NO POWER except that which is GIVEN to it BY THE PEOPLE. If the PEOPLE don�t approve of what the Governors are doing, the �GOVERNED� have the RIGHT TO TAKE AWAY THE �GOVERNORS� or ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS POWER.)
That WHENEVER any Form of GOVERNMENT BECOMES
DESTRUCTIVE OF THESE ENDS, (such as when ROGUE COURTS and
AGENDA DRIVEN GOVERNORS or OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS don�t listen or respond or intentionally contradicts the will of the people by allowing extremists to deny the GOD GIVEN RIGHTS of the MAJORITY in favor of philosophies that blatantly defy the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.)

or to ABOLISH IT, (REMOVE THEIR POWER FROM THEM and give it
back to THE PEOPLE to WHOM IT BELONGS.)
and to INSTITUTE NEW GOVERNMENT, (meaning DIFFERENT FROM
WHAT WAS THERE�One based on the original plan of GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE and FOR THE PEOPLE� Government that will work FOR THEIR CONSTITUENTS and NOT JUST the PERVERTS WITH THE MONEY.)
laying its FOUNDATION ON SUCH PRINCIPLES (principals based on THEIR BELIEFS, FAITH AND CODES OF CONDUCT that protect THEIR SOCIETY FROM HARMFUL ELEMENTS, BELIEFS OR PRACTICES.)
and ORGANIZING ITS POWERS in such form, as to them shall seem MOST LIKELY to effect THEIR SAFETY AND HAPPINESS. (meaning if their happiness comes from living LIVES THAT ARE PLEASING TO, AND HONOR GOD and protecting their CHILDREN and FUTURE GENERATIONS from HARMFUL, DEVIANT and ROGUE BELIEFS, then SO BE IT!)
