CENTRAL & NORTHERN THAILAND
6 Days / 5 Nights

Day 1 :  Bangkok - Ayuthaya - Lopburi - Phitsanuloke
Depart Bangkok to visit the summer palace of Bang-Pa-In, then to the Ayuthaya historical park to explore the ancient ruins.  We continue north to Lopburi, visit Prang Sam Yod, Sarn Phrakarn and the Narai Rajanives palace museum, then drive on to Phitsanuloke.  O/N at Amarin Lagoon hotel (4*) in Phitsanuloke. (L)
Day 2 :  Phitsanuloke - Sukhothai - Si Satchanalai - Lampang
After a visit to Phra Buddha Jinaraj, we leave Phitsanuloke for Sukhothai.  We visit the magnificent complex of ruins, then stopping to visit some standing temples at Si Satchanalai en route to Lampang.  Visits are made to some Burmese style temples around town.  O/N at Wieng Thong Hotel (4*) in Lampang. Day 3 :  Lampang - Phayao - Chiang Rai
Passing through Phayao we drive along winding mountain road to Chiang Rai, the northernmost province in Thailand.  A exciting boat trip up the Mae Kok River takes us to visit the various hill tribe villages along the riverbank.  O/N at Rim Kok Resort (4*) in Chiang Rai. (B+L)
Day 4 :  Chiang Rai - Golden Triangle - Chiang Mai
Today's visit include the border town at Mae Sai - just stone throw from Burma, the ancient Lanna kingdom of Chiang Saen with a lovely setting on the bank of the Mekong River and the Golden Triangle where the borders of Laos, Burma and Thailand meets.  We go uphill to visit the large Akha and Yao hill tribe settlements near Mae Chan, then continue on an extended drive for Chiang Mai.

Day 5 :  Sightseeing in Chiang Mai
We drive through the town area, then to Doi Suthep where we visit the mountain temple and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire surrounding from atop.  Later on, we visit the cottage industries at Sankampaeng and Borsarng to see silk weaving, wood carving, lacquer ware, silver crafts, hand painted umbrellas, etc..  O/N in Chiang Mai. Day 6 :  Chiang Mai - Departure
This morning, we see the elephants at work in the tropical forest, visit and Orchid Farm and the Mae Sa Waterfall.  The trip ends with transfer to Chiang Mai airport or train station. (B)

CENTRAL THAILAND ROUND-UP
4 Days / 3 Nights

Day 1 :  Bangkok - Damnearn Saduak - Kanchanaburi / River Kwai
Morning depart Bangkok for DSamnearn Saduak, visit the crowded and colorful floating market. Continue to Kanchanabuir, visit the War Museum, Allied Cemetery and the River Kwai Bridge.Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the Tiger sanctuary at the Tiger Temple -- see monks taking tigers for walks. Overnight at River Kwai Village (4*) in River View Room. (L)

Day 2 :  River Kwai - Nakorn Pathom - Bang Pa In - Ayuthaya
Leaving Kanchanaburi, we visit the world's tallest pagoda, then onward to visit the summer palace at Bang-Pa-In. Continue to Ayuthaya, visit the ancient ruins at the historical park. Lunch at restaurant. Overnight at Krungsri River Hotel (4*) in Ayuthaya. (B+L)

Day 3 :  Ayuthaya - Saraburi - Khao Yai
Visit the "Holy Footprint" of Lord Buddha at Saraburi, then onward to Khao Yai National Park. After lunch, its free afternoon to relax in cool and cozy atmosphere of the mountain Resort. This evening, we see wild animals with spotlights. Overnight at Sak Phu Dren Resort (4*).  (B+L)

Day 4 :  Khao Yai - PB Valley - Bangkok
On the way back to Bangkok, we visit Khao Yai Winery at PB Valley for a guided tour of the wineyard, harvest demonstration, wine tasting and a set lunch with a glass of wine. The journeys end in Bangkok with drop-off at your hotel.  (B+L)
