Change of Name (Deed Polls)
We draft deed polls for person(s) who wish to change their name or include an additional name(s) to their existing name. However, one must be above 21 years of age to execute a deed poll by themselves, and if not the Deed has to be executed by a parent.

Wills and Probate
We also assist in preparing will(s), provide for the administration and distribution of what one owns after his or her death. A person 21 years and above and of sound mind may have a will drafted. Upon death of a person, a grant of probate or administration (in cases where the deceased does not have a will) will have to be obtained from the Court before assets are distributed to the family and beneficiaries. We also carry out the necessary documentation for the grant of probate such as Estate Duties and deal with formalities such as re-sealing of foreign grants of probate.
