***  Name is not actually required, but would be nice...
***  E-Mail address is required if either of the two checkboxes are checked.  If anything is entered in the box at all, make sure it is formatted like an address (contains '@' and '.', and neither of these as the first character)
***  Comments are required...  Duh!  It's used to send me a message, and the comments box is the only place where you can specify a message!

Sorry about all the validation...  I just didn't like getting messages that didn't quite make since.  Id est:  checking the response checkbox, but no e-mail address specified...  Or invalid E-mail address...  et cetera.  So, anyway...  if you get a message about a problem with something, just do what the alert says.
