Welcome!  This is Joe's part of the Web Design page.  Obviously, a floor of 99% of the site was designed, edited, and implemented by Joe, being that this is his site...  (If the third person stuff gets to you, let me know...  hehe)  Joe is very knowledgeable in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, VBScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Graphics Design, and basically everything else involved in designing a website...  His superior skills make him one of the best, and it shows in his work.  He always takes the time to do a very good job, and blah, blah, blah...  yada, yada, yada...  I'm not done here, obviously....
