This is where the few, the proud, the BuenMalo porducts make their internet debue. The first book (we are willing to claim) to be copy-yeah-right was "The Dead Barney". This undertaking was truely an experiment! Not only was this a story with only one truely original character on my part, but an excercise in group therapy. Started as a joke in high school, there was no real story line yet, just a bunch of people crowded around a computer controlling thier own character in an attempt to make a story about killing, or in a few rare instances defending, that dang annoying purple dionsaur Barney. You cannot imagine how hectic things can get when everyone wants their own character to be the lead, each person has his/her own idea of how the story "will" go (not suggesting ideas, but demanding them), and being the Cleveland Public Daycare Systam (many of us who know how it really 'works' refuse to call it a school system), everyone must either get their way, or you'll get "popped upside the head." Oh yeah, everyone also has to have the biggest muscles or at leaste a cup size of D, even though it is supposed to take place around sixth graders! After quelling a few of the complaints and tossing a few people out the window (don't worry, it's a small building and a few have voluntarily jumped out just for fun), I narrowed the main cast down to my own characters and only a handfull of others. Smiley, Jamie, Krow, Burt, and Lisca made the final cut before I just used everyone else as filler names. A full cast list will be created at a later date, like when the story hits the net. The second, and kind'of'a sequal (it used Smiley and has referances to other characters) is yet another continuation story of Final Fantasy 7. Yes, there are far too many of them already, but after playing the game, the ending leaves so much to be desired, you can't help but take it where the game leaves off. What makes this one a little bit different from all of the others is the addition of two new main characters: the previously mentioned Smiley, and Calvin. You all know Calvin, that super-hyper kid the the Calvin and Hobbes cartoons! I started the story not long after the comic strip ended, Bill Waterson also ended with much left to be desired, and I could never get enough of the C&H strip, so why not make him a full time part of this (at my pace) never ending saga. So without further ado, BuenMalo Productions are imoderately proud to present the first few chapters of Final Fantasy 7: Episode 2.
Go to Chapters one, two, three, four or the newly added Chapeter five (It sounds so impressive. While not really belonging anywhere else on the site, my Midi's will have to settle here until I find a more appropriate space for them. They will also be kept as separate links until I figure out how to incorparate them into pages. You know, have music playing while you're reading. I do plan to have a few chapters of the FF7.2 set to music. The list below is in order in which they were written, you may find a progression, which I hope you do saying that these were all done for a class!
