The manpowering policy in Indonesia under the authorization of The Manpowering
Department of Republik Indonesia. In Indonesia, it's called Depnaker. Every provinces
and region, they have their own manpowering regional office.
Based on the rules, there are some points which can be mentioned, relate with
the policy of manpowering department, mainly:
