Writing the application for SIUP-PJTKI by having the requirements:

1. Legal company as PT (Limited Company) or Cooperative which state Employee Activities in his certificate
2. Good office with complete furniture and address on the certificate of the government office
3. Holding Tax Number (NPWP)
4. Put deposit in Bank ; Rp.250.000.000,- (Two hundred and fifty million rupiahs ) on behalf of Minister
5. Holding a current asset at least Rp.750.000.00 (seven hundreds and fifty million rupiahs)
6. Good hosting for employees based on the regulation or statement for accommodation for pre departure of employees
7. Certificate of Noisy regulation
8. Certificate of Manpowering as rules of Undang-undang No.7 tahun 1981
9. Creating Planning program minimum for 3 (three) year period consequently include : marketing activities; employee recruitment; destination country; number of employees will be placed ; and type of jobs; employee protection; steering commitee; funding
10. Experience personnel in manpowering activities by reference
11. For Cooperative should have a reference and authorization of local governement
12. Board of Director or applicants never been judged for 5 years or more by the court
