Industrial Relation in Indonesia relate with Pancasila as the Ideology of Indoneisa.
That's why the industrial relation is called as Pancasila Industrial Relation
(HIP).
In this industrial relation, there are three main subjects. They are very closed to
the production and offering goods and services. They are :
- Government
- Employer, and
- Employee
they are very concent with the rules in the Pancasila. They are doing their daily activities by
the guidance of Pancasila.
To gain the success and the aim of the Pancasila Industrial Relation, there are
some aspects should be considered:
