Through our eyes, we see the world and yet, through it are expressed the thoughts and the world within us. What we see can make us who we are; how we see things can tell others who we are.
But in a world where what we see are often not what we get, sometimes all it takes is to close our eyes to see things clearly.
The challenge for journalists is to keep their eyes open, see through the smoke and help the people see the truth. Because if they refuse to do so, no one else will.
This is my challenge.

Of course, these are just some of my friends--the ones who happened to be around (even if I'm not) when the pictures were taken. How I wish I have photos of my friends from the ROTC, the CMC Student Council, and the rest of my classmates from different classes...

 My blockmates and I went to Tagaytay last Dec. Just one of those bonding moments at the People's Park overlooking Taal.

 One of those lucky days perhaps?...Nah, these are my blockmates and friends who have been with me for three years.

 The Pen. The Minds. The People. What else can I say about UP Journ Club? Simply the best, simply golden. I LOVE UPJC!

 The Greenminders. I've known them only this sem, but these guys are great (even without me). Being with them is a blast.
