Papua New Guinea is ranged among the top 20 in global biodiversity. It is the 3rd largest tropical rainforest to remain virgin in an ever depleting facet of human environment. There are only few scientific findings about its anthoropology, archaeology, anthomology, ecology and the diversed traditional cultures. Research work accounts for a little outcome due to the lack of scientific facilities and technical expertise, The only mixed subject [science and arts] research institute is the National Research Institute [NRI] located along the Waigani Drive opposing the University of Papua New Guinea. Agriculture is the backbone of PNG economy which is promoted and supported for crop production and crop pests and deseases control by the National Agriculture Research Instutute [NARI]  located in Lae [Morobe Province].

Marking New Guinea Islands the next leisure travel point, Rabaul town has everything for you. From cool luxurious hotels to tropical guest houses and lodges, white pristine beaches, diving spots and birdwatching hilltops. Not only that, PNGs most successful primary industry, the leading Palm Oil Industry has its haven there, you can fly to Kimbe Town and check it out.
The Highlands of Papua New Guinea live the people believed to the first food crop cultivators in the World. No merchanised tools have been used, even today subsistance farming is hugely practiced with traditional knowledge. It hold more spectular surprises for visitors especially during annual Mt.Hagen and Goroka shows. These cultural festivals represent a united Papua New Guinea promoting cultures and traditional attires. In these highlands areas, the most recognised commercial crops include coffee and tea. Food crops and other fresh vegetables are produced in vast quantities and sold at cheaper prices at the local markets, they are also transported down to the coastal areas especially Lae, Port Moresby and Rabaul/Kokopo as internal trade.
There are many more to be discovered and write about, think Paradise and dream Papua New Guinea a next historic tour destination.

PNG is a country of many faces. Many visitors believe that it is one of the most culturally diversed countries in the World - and it is true. The current record shows distingtively proofed imprints with over 715 recorded languages through the country. English is the National language of Education and Economic bureaucracy, second to English is "Pidgin English" , a creole Malenesian language known as "Tokpisin" in PNG. It is the most widely spoken, even in remote areas as a first means of communication.
