V I S T Program located at regional V A Medical Centers is a special program forlegally blind veterans. coordinates services by the V A and other community agencies. the goal is to help the veteran and his or her family adjust to vision loss.

National nonprofit membership organization concerned with the welfare of blinded veterans and their familys. Their monthly newsletter "The B V A Bulletin" is available in large print or audio cassette free to all blind veterans on B V A's mailing list.
Scholarships are offered to the spouse and dependent children of blind veterans.
