| White Tiger Jung Moo Kwan TaeKwonDo meets two nights a week. Intruction focuses on strikes and kicks. Olympic Sparring is taught as well as Karate style sparring. Classes are taught with traditional Korean values and Tenants: Integrity, Perseverence, Self Control, Indomitable Spirit, and Courtesy. |
| Testing is every three months. 50 points is credited to a physical test and 50 to a written test. Points are judged by the blackbelt staff. Depending on the belt, usually 70% is passing. The class is guided by the USNTF (United States TaeKwonDo Federation and the World TaeKwonDo Federation). White Tiger competes at approximately five tournaments per year. Blackbelts test before Grandmaster Duk Gun Kwan at the annual USNTF Nationals. Generally we like students to be at least 6 years of age. | TKD class is scheduled to train on kicks, then combinations. We then train on forms. Forms or Poomse are a series of movements similar to dancing. We try to perfect these forms for tournament and testing competitions. Sparring is the last part of class. We wear head gear, shin and instep gear, forearm gear, chest gear, mouth and groin protection. Students kick parts of the body for points and the one with the most points win. |

We can embroider the logo on anything you want. Ask us to set it up for you for a small fee. Check out the White Tiger Store for more information. The uniform is basically the same. We have a wide variety of uniforms to choose from. The location of the logos are the same with the American flag on the right sleeve and the Korean flag on the left. |

| Training Tapes are also availabe. You can purchase a single belt rank in any class for $90.00. Also included with the tape is a written test. Train for two months and then send a testing tape back to me worth 50 points and the written test worth 50 points and test out to the belt rank you ordered. It's easy and fun.
