The Koinonia Class is a multi-generational adult class that takes its name from a Greek word meaning "fellowship." The Koinonia Class is an intimate group where burdens, joys, concerns and everyday life experiences can be shared in the Light of God's word. 

Rather than a more conventional lesson plan, the Koinonia Class is lead by different persons, sometimes from within the class, sometimes from within Johnson Memorial, and sometimes from within the community. The content of each class varies with the leader, but in general deals with how God speaks to us and how we respond, both as individuals and as a community. Invariably, the classes are filled with lively discussion and a real spirit of fellowship.
