Jeff Johnson's TRED 701 Electronic Portfolio This website was created by Jeff Johnson, a Master's Degree candidate in Secondary Mathematics Education at the George Washington University (GWU). It is in the form of an electronic portfolio which showcases the work done during a particular course, TRED 701. The main purpose is to demonstrate how this work addresses educational technology standards for classroom teachers. There are four main sections of this site (see the menu on the left of the screen). The "Background" section gives some more detail about me, the TRED 701 course, and the standards. The "Standards" section lists and describes the relevant educational technology standards. The "Exhibits" section includes all of the projects which were done for the TRED 701 course. The "Resources" section provides links to other Internet resources relevant to the use of technology in the classroom. The different sections are also connected by common themes. For example, the description of a standard in the "Standards" section will contain links to relevant places in the "Exhibits" section, highlighting which TRED 701 projects address the standard.
