Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1 business day for payment received before 5:30 PST pm and will be shipped out within 2 business days. For payment received after 5:30 pm PST, we will process the order on the next business day and will arrange it to be shipped out within 2 business days.
It will take an additional 3-6 business days to receive your product via Fedex, UPS, DHL, or Truck Ground Delivery. When calculating when your item should arrive, please remember that business days are only Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Ground Delivery usually takes 5-7 days to deliver. Second Day Air Delivery will take 2 business days to deliver. Other shipping methods are also available. The shipping fee is due to your zip/post code. Our business hours are between Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST.

National Shipping

We only ship to mailing address within the USA. Shipping&handling fee needs to be confirmed by us for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us at[email protected] before purchase.
Note: For shipping address different from billing address, we need you to fax us a credit card authorization form, which can be downloaded at http://www.samszone.com/authorization_form.php. Please fill it out and fax it to us at 909-869-7586.

Cancellation Policy

Do pay attention when you are determined to buy. Make certain it is the right item you want. Do not forget to specify the color or other specification of the item. If you choose to cancel an order that has been placed but not shipped out, you'll be charged 3% of product's price credit card processing fee. If the order has been shipped out, it can't be cancelled and you'll have to go through return procedure. A 15% of product's price restocking fee is charged and shipping is not refundable. Refund will be issued in 3 business days after we receive the confirmation of a cancel order. Please allow another 2-3 business days for our merchant bank releases funds to your account.

Shipping Damage Policy
All of our vehicles pass a rigorous 16 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the motor powered vehicle has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged scooter upon arrival, please inspect the damaged scooter carefully before assemble it. Mostly it will be just a minor damage to your mirror, body, or truck. Please go online at
http://www.samszone.com/rma.htm to submit a RMA request within 5 days of receiving it. One of our RMA engineers will review and update your case within 2 business days. We may need you to provide more detailed information such as digital pictures of the damaged scooter to help us file a claim with the shipping carrier. Our RMA engineer will discuss with you on whether a return is needed or replacement parts is more economical to solve the problem (Please do check your email or go online to check your RMA status.) If a return is necessary, we'll schedule a pick up and the fee for shipping back to us is waived.

Missing Parts
A RMA request must be submitted within 5 days upon arrival if you find parts are missing. Parts will be shipped for free in this case. If you fail to submit a RMA request after 5 days upon arrival, it can't be counted as missing parts and we'll have to charge you the cost of the parts and shipping.

Return Policy
Motor powered vehicles return policy
We accept authorized returns on unused regular motor powered vehicles for up to 30 days after you receive your motor powered vehicle. Unused means that the product has not been assembled, ridden or used in any way.

NOTE: We DO NOT accept returns on any large moped-style motor powered vehicles.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned motor powered vehicle for us to process your refund.

The restocking fee and return shipping fee will only be waived in the situation of
* Damage upon arrival. A RMA request is submitted within 5 days of arrival, and our RMA engineer reviews the case and determines a return is necessary,
* Damage upon arrival. A RMA request is submitted within 5 days of arrival, and our RMA engineer reviews the case and promises but fails to supply replacement parts after three weeks of opening the RMA case.
* Defective product upon arrival. The product stops functioning within 7 days of arrival. After our technical engineer reviews the case and determines a return is necessary.

In any other situations, if you decide to return the product,
You are responsible for:
* Returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
* Paying all costs for return shipping via UPS, FedEx, DHL or Truck. All returned merchandise must be shipped via the shipping carrier and method we used to ship the product to you only. Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance on your return. If your motor powered vehicle is damaged in transit without shipping insurance, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
* Writing the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly on top of the package. All packages arriving without a legible RMA number written on top of the package will be considered unauthorized and will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Shipping fee is not refundable and a 15% restocking fee is charged.

R/C toys warranty and return policy
All sales are final. Sales Tax of 8.25% will be charged to all California residents, except resellers. All items carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted. Returns of product, other than for exchange or replacement, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns after 30 days of receipt will be honored. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications.

All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.

Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. John's e-scooters will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells.

Due to the nature of R/C toys, return is accepted and honored only in three situations below.
1. We accept unused r/c toys for up to 30 days after you receive your r/c toys. Unused means that the product has not been assembled and used in any way. Returns of product, other than for exchange or replacement, are subject to a 15% return fee. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
2. Shipping damage upon arrival. We accept returns if your product is damaged upon arrival. 3. Non functional product. We accept returns if the product you purchased is nonfunctional upon arrival. In this case, you must claim it within 3 days after you receive the product at http://www.samszone.com/rma.htm. Return shipping and restocking fee will be waived if you follow our RMA procedure. Failure to claim nonfunctional product within 3 days after you receive the product will not be honored.

We inspect each return. No refund or exchange is honored if we receive a damaged or broken r/c toy.

* After receive Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, please Write the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly on top of the package or on the label (VERY IMPORTANT). If not, we will charge a 30% fee of the product's price.

Regular motor powered vehicles come with a 30 day limited manufacturer's warranty that covers parts and labor.

IMPORTANT: Your warranty automatically starts at the date when you receive you scooter.

The parts and labor warranty covers:
* Replacement parts EXCEPT plastic parts (including color-coordinated housings); wear-and-tear items such as brakes, brake handles, tires, seats, lights and toggle switches; and damage to the engine or any other part due to abuse or misuse.
* Technical support via phone or e-mail from professional motor powered vehicle experts.
* Labor for the removal and replacement of or part(s) that occurs at our service center.

NOTE, plastic parts (including color-coordinated housings); wear-and-tear items such as brakes, brake handles, tires, seats, lights and toggle switches are supplied without charge only when "damage upon arrival" and a RMA case is opened within 5 days of arrival. If you fail to open a RMA case within 5 days upon arrival, you must pay for the cost of the parts and shipping.
This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. This warranty extends only to the original customer and is non-transferable.

How it works:
1. If a covered part breaks while the motor powered vehicle is under warranty, you must contact us to file a warranty claim by fill out the RMA form at http://www.samszone.com/rma.htm. A customer service representative will update the case and give you the address of our customer service center and instructions on how to ship us the broken part. You must pay for the shipment of the broken part to our service center via UPS or FedEx. When we receive the broken part, we will ship you a replacement part free of charge.

2. We will ship out the replacement parts within 5 business days after we confirm the shipment of the broken parts. Parts that are out of stock suddenly usually will come in stock within 3-4 weeks. If you like to wait for the replacement parts, we will offer you 10% discount of the products' price. If the parts are still not available after 20 business days, you have the right to choose to wait or get full refund.

3. Under the warranty, we will provide any labor needed for the removal and replacement of the broken motor powered vehicle. However, you must file a warranty claim and ship the motor powered vehicle to and from our customer service center. You must pay for the shipment of your motor powered vehicle to our customer service center via the carrier and method we used to ship the product to you and include a $40 money order or cashier's check to pay for return shipment. You are responsible for any damages that may occur in shipping; therefore, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your motor powered vehicle. When we receive your motor powered vehicle, our technicians will inspect the motor powered vehicle to determine if any damage has occurred during shipping. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

NOTE: Used gas motor powered vehicles and gasoline-related parts cannot be shipped back to our service center. Gas motor powered vehicles that have been ridden in any way or gas motor powered vehicle parts that have contained gasoline cannot be mailed. Gasoline is a hazardous, flammable material and anyone who sends it via the mail may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment.

NOTE: Our customer service center is able to provide you with repair services after your warranty has expired or on non-warranted parts; however, you must pay for the cost of all parts, $25 per hour for labor and round-trip shipping to and from our service center, including the cost of shipping insurance and a $40 money order or cashier's check for return shipping.

Large Moped-Style motor powered vehicle warranty
Large moped-style motor powered vehicles come with a 180 day limited manufacturer's warranty.

The parts warranty covers:

* Replacement of defective batteries, engine parts and metal frame. It does not cover plastic parts (including color-coordinated housings); wear-and-tear items such as brakes, brake handles, tires, seats, lights and toggle switches; and damage to the engine or any other part due to abuse or misuse.
* Technical support via phone or e-mail from professional motor powered vehicle experts.
This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income.
