30 days Warranty for
electric scooters
This Limited warranty
extends only to the original consumer and is not transferable. Warranty
registration is not required. Warranty is effective only if: the product is
completely and correctly assembled. The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose, and receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. What is not covered under this Warranty: The product is designed for recreational use on paved level surface on private roads. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal maintenance items, or any damage, failure, or loss that is cause by improper assembly, electrical parts, adjustment, storage, or use of the product. Purchaser agrees to use product at his own risk and seller will not be held liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential loss or damage or injury, due directly or indirectly from the use of this product including any malfunction.
Warranty will be void if
the product is ever used in any competitive sport, modified, rented, ridden
by more than one person at a time or used for stunt riding, jumping or
similar activity. For how long does this warranty last? We offer 30 days
How do you get service? Defected merchandise,
parts etc. must be returned to us. Upon receipt we will ship the new or the
fixed one. Customer pays both ways shipping.
Shipping damage: If the product it’s damaged you will have to inform us and arrange the inspection and the shipping with the shipping company.
