At the University of Houston, I took a course using XML and how it impacts the future of websites. In this class, I did many tutorials using XML and utilized the many ways that it can be modified. This course was a creative learning tool.

Throughout my computer career I have become very proficient with Microsoft XP Professional. I also took a course at the University of Houston where I properly learned how to work within XP Professional. These skills includes: modifying user accounts and profiles, configuring network settings (TCP/IP), configuring hardware settings.

I am experienced with the software Deep Freeze. Deep Freeze optimize and preserves your standard system configuration. A simple restart restores your workstations down to the last bit and byte.

I am experienced with using Symantec/Norton Ghost. I used Ghost at work to help upload computer images to our server. Then I pushed these images back out to other computers, which saves alot of time and effort.
