Stepping
out to sightsee or to do some shopping is always an
adventure. Nature lovers should
feel free to explore our lush forests. Bird-watching
is especially good from January till April in
the mangrove forests surrounding Kanab Nam Hill near
Krabi Town. Many rare birds are to be
seen there such as Qurneys, Finfoots, Big-winged Brown
Kingfishers and more.
Another excellent bird-watching sight is Khao Nor
Chuchi Forest Preserve, commonly known
asTung Tiao, in Klong Tom District

Should
walking prove a little too pedestrian, perhaps some
other method of transportation could
be found to suit your needs, while opening up more
of what Krabi has to offer.
