	An, individual loan is a loan to a particular person.  Of course, what they spend that loan on is up to them.

Minimum Loan Amount:  10,000 Zennie
Maximum Loan Amount:  100,000 zennie

The interest rate on an individual loan will vary depending on the rate of payment back.  If the payment is going to be a long payment the interest rate will be higher while a faster rate will have a lower interest rate.  In simple, terms its best to take out loans you can pay back quickly to avoid long term debt problems.
	Penalties for missing loan payments vary on the pay check a character may recieve every two weeks.  If a character has a solid pay check, then the penalty is higher.  Since, a space pirate may not get any good jobs or jobs in general for long periods of time as things stand currently.
