Brother and sister Nathan and Katie were awarded the coveted Black Belt grades at Lancaster University on Friday 10th August 2007. Ages: Nathan 10 years and Katie 8 years old. The rewards for all the hours of training they put in finally paid off. Graded by Sensei Andy Sherry and assisted by Sensei Frank Brennan both inpressed a lot of people who was watching the grading. When the results were announced they had passed, smiles, tears and congratulations all round. This makes me proud and is what keeps me teaching Karate. |
