Heath Park after an Indifferent start to the season finally got their first win!!!!

WAHOO!!!!!

Milton soberness and youthful exuberence led to Heath Park starting brightly, yet they still found themsleves one-nil down from a set piece (whose man this week?). Some quality attacking passing football got Heath Park back into the game and they soon levlled through Waterboy. Bill Jones choked on a chance to give Heath Park the lead with a rubbish dink when it was easier to score than miss. It was left to the younger Jones to give Heath Park the lead as Pixie smashed a volley in from the edge of the box.

It was all going well, and the fans were getting behind them - Dave Jones and Abbott were particularly excited. Inspired by Badger's half time talk Heath Park made a slow start to the second half and the scores were soon level - Abbott and Dave were singing no more!

A "wonder" strike from Milton put Heath Park back in charge and it was the sober man himself who sealed the victory with an instintive tap-in after the keeper spilled Waterboy's weak effort.

Badger's Comment: Why don't you play like that every week?
