| This is the 2005 Fantasy Football Points Breakdown for this year. The points system that is established is something that has been tested and used by Pink's Picks Fantasy Football for over 5 years now. Each year, owners and commissioners review the efficiency and fairness of the points system and determine what changes (if any ) are to be made in the offseason and instituted the following year. This allows the entire league to comment or voice complaints on what is working and what is not. As always, questions or comments are always welcome and commissioners are open to point system suggestions. Below is a breakdown of this year's point system: |
| QUARTERBACKS Passing touchdown= 6 Rushing touchdown= 6 Receiving touchdown= 12 Interception= -2 RUSHING YARDAGE: *1 point for every 10 yards rushing, up to 99 yards 2 bonus points for 100-120 rushing yards 3 bonus points for 121-140 rushing yards 4 bonus points for 141-160 rushing yards 5 bonus points for 161-180 rushing yards 6 bonus points for 181+ rushing yards PASSING YARDAGE: *1 point for every 10 yards passing, up to 299 yards 5 bonus points for 300-350 passing yards 7 bonus points for 351-399 passing yards 10 bonus points for 400+ passing yards 2 points for 2-point conversion passing or rushing RUNNINGBACKS Rushing touchdown= 6 points Receiving touchdown= 6 points Two-point conversion rushing/receiving= 2 points RUSHING YARDAGE: *1 point for every 10 yards rushing, up to 99 yards 2 bonus points for 100-120 rushing yards 3 bonus points for 121-140 rushing yards 4 bonus points for 141-160 rushing yards 5 bonus points for 161-180 rushing yards 6 bonus points for 181+ rushing yards RECEIVING YARDAGE: *1 point for every 10 yards receiving, up to 99 yards 2 bonus points for 100-120 receiving yards 3 bonus points for 121-140 receiving yards 4 bonus points for 141-160 receiving yards 5 bonus points for 161-180 receiving yards 6 bonus points for 181+ receiving yards Runningbacks DO NOT receive points for each individual receptions WIDE RECEIVERS Receiving touchdown= 6 points Rushing touchdown= 6 points Two-point conversion= 2 points Each pass reception= 2 points RUSHING YARDAGE: *1 point for every yard rushing, up to 99 yards 2 bonus points for 100-120 rushing yards 3 bonus points for 121-140 rushing yards 4 bonus points for 141-160 rushing yards 5 bonus points for 161-180 rushing yards 6 bonus points for 181+ rushing yards RECEIVING YARDAGE: *1 point for every yard receiving, up to 99 yards 5 bonus points for 100-199 receiving yards 10 bonus points for 200+ receiving yards |
