| 7-17-01 - 5:54PM - Reading Confessions of a Shopaholic and checking email, all 174 of them! So Wyoming was a fucking blast! I so want to be back their right now! I'm in love with the country...it's great! I want to go back and work next summer, but we'll see! So I have more wonderful drunken pic's from it, but still haven't gotten around to scanning them. So that means I now have, prom, beach week, graduation, AND Wyoming all to scan and put up! UGH! It may be a while! LOL! No...seriously, don't worry, they'll be up soon...Promise! :) Not much happening right now...I don't really feel like giving a full run down of the week at the moment, maybe tomorrow. Right now I need to go finish unpacking and cleaning my room...Muffy's coming to stay on Friday and we're all going to club down under at the Outback Lodge! Should be fun! Later! |
| 7-30- 01 - 10:00AM - Chatting with The D Man and checking moutains of strange e-mails... So...Sorry I haven't updated this thing in a while! I've been living in a whirl wind! And while My love life is still in shambles the rest of my life is taking a turn for the better! I suppose I'd better start for the begining...aka fill everyone in on Wyo. So Wyoming was fucking awesome! LOVED it sooooo much! We got there on a saturday afternoon hung out until dinner at 6PM and then right after hit the sack. I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting though! UGH! and was sick for the first day and a half...altitude sickness:( But then after that was out of my system things were great! So my first ride was monday evening and it was beautiful! I was riding a cute chestnut gelding named July. The country was just amazing! Went to bed early again that night. Tuesday and everyday for the rest of the week we woke up at 7:30, had breakfast 8:30 and then rode at 9AM. Got back around 11Am and went and had a nap 'til lunch at 12:30. After lunch we read or hung out or had another nap until dinner at 6-7PM, then got dressed ASAP and ran up to the corral, had an evening ride until 9PM. Then went back to the house, showered and changed and then us kids headed back up to the corral to "the wrangler's Roost" above the tackroom where we would proceed to get drunk with the wranglers! It was great! The first night was so funny. We got drunk at the roost. The the head wrangler Paul took me and My sis, Gwynn, with him to this party at the club house that the waiters (aka the hashers) were putting on. The music was awesome and the vodka was plentiful, so as anyone who has read this site from begining to now will know, I was shit faced! I found out the really col angler(aka fly fishing instructor), Tim, is 24 and an 10th grade english teacher and only works at the ranch as a summer job. I turned to him and said, "You know, I wish I had an english teacher as cute as you that I could get drunk with and then fuck!" Other interesting happenings that night- I managed to piss off the other head wrangler Jarred and he never forgave me for the rest of the trip. He was def. anal retentive! -Also talked to our really REALLY cute hasher who was 22, dark black hair, brown eyes and the fairest skin ever, named Oliver aka Ollie and was from Oxford! MMMMMMM!!!!! Finally, around 1:30 the party finished up and Paul was going to take me and Gwynn home when Gwynn goes, "I'm not ready to go to bed. Let's go watch a movie in your room Paul!" So we go up to Paul's room, Gwynn walks through the door and goes, "let's watch a movie!" Lies on Paul's bed and passes out. So Paul and I watch a movie for a bit and then it's like 2:30 and I'm ready to go home and go to bed. So we try and wake Gwynn up but she's out cold. So I decide to crash there. So I thought I lay down and passed out, but I didn't. Now, I don't know if I started sleep walking or if I was just blacked out, but apparently I got up and wandered into the closet(which was painted blood red!), and stood there staring at the wall for 30min. Finally Gwynn wakes up and goes,"Hey Baily? What are you doing? Do you wanna go home now?" To which I wander out of the closet and yell, "Like fucking hell I'm going home now! It's too fucking early!" And then I wandered back over to the bed and passed out. :) OK...I'll save the other Wyo. stories for later b/c I need to update the rest of my life. So...been horse showing the last two weekends. Horse was good both, but the judging has been weird:( The other weekend Muffy came and stayed. We went to the outback lodge. It was pretty cool...except when the 22 year old co-captin of the high school basketball and football team my freshman year started hitting on me:(. He was in my french class, and I don't know if he doesn't remember my name and can only remember my french name and therefore calls me by that, or if he thinks my french name is my real name? Or if he's always even more fucked up than I know and that's just what comes out. Whatever the case, every time I see him he walks up to me and goes, " MICHELE!!!" in this weird french/ghetto accent and then gives me a big hug. It's kinda strange. Anyway, the club was good, a little sketchy, but good music and good fun..worth a go! So last bit of info...I got a job! I'm going to be riding for a lady in Keswick and grooming for her 6 days a week and stuff! I'm excited! I start tomorrow, so wish me luck! :) OH! Almost forgot! I know the link to the prom pics isn't working yet, but bare with me and they will be shortly! |
| 8-1-01 - 9:20PM - Watching West Wing on NBC and talking to Curds, The Princess, and The Muffster Work is SOOOO much fun! I'm having a great time so far and I can't believe it! :) Other exciting news...Gwynn got a Jeep which I like, never ever get to drive :( Even though I'm the one who drives the most and furthest and NEEDS a reliable car. Nevermind all that. It doesn't matter. My parents would rather drive 3 hours to pick me up at 2AM! Oh well. So we were shopping in The Gap today and I was looking for those cheap tank tops. I'm going through a pile and I see a couple marked reg. 17.99 now 12.99! And I'm like YES! Then I notice that a different pile that is the same type but a different color is regular priced and not on sale. So I'm like, "why is this color on sale but the other not?" And then I pick up a different shirt and see on the price tag Reg. 18.50 Now- 19.99! I'm like "WOW!" Then I'm like...wait....????? LOL! After that I decided it was probably time to go:) Oh. By the way! The two prom pics are now up! Ta Da! |
| 8-21-01 - 7:35PM - Watching Jeopardy So...Sorry that it's been FOREVER since my last update! Things have just been wild around here! First off, working for Debbie is great! Still! But even better is it's gotten me another job working for this guy named Jay Golding. I'm only going to work for him this week and then see if I can't work more into my schedual! Next...Really big deal here! I got a new car!!!! It's awesome! It's a '95 BMW hatch back, a 318ti for anyone that is a beamer fan! LOL! It's teal green, sunroof all, power, wired for a CD changer...the only thing I would change would be to make it leather, but OMG! It drives like a dream and it has such awesome pick up! I love it! Can't wait to show it off to Sean! Which also reminds me....does anyone know who SGShane69 is on AIM???? Whoever it is IM'ed me and said 'Hey Babe' and then got off...No idea who it was. Finally...I'M GOING TO BE A MODEL!!!! This company EModel interviewed me and are going to put me up on their site! I'm excited...check it out at www.emodel.com.
