The greatest percentage of our business is in the perimeter suburbs of
Houston, since that is where most relocations occur. These include: Kingwood, The
Woodlands, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Friendswood, Clear Lake and Woodforest. We first worked near the 610 Loop, now the largest percentage of or appraisals are in the perimeter areas.
