Jim Elliott has been a real estate appraiser in Houston since 1972. He is a state certified residential real estate appraiser and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Employee Relocation Council. Jim's expertise and knowledge of the appraisal business has allowed him to be called upon as an expert witness in court. Jim was a Lead Appraiser with Great Western Mortgage for four years (1991-1995). His responsibilities included appraising as well as supervising and reviewing the work of the other appraisers covering the Houston territory. Jim accepts appraisal assignments on all types of real property. He is also authorized to perform appraisals for FHA Mortgage Insurance purposes. EDUCATION: Jim attended the University of Houston. His studies included Business Administration with an emphasis on courses in finance. PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS: RAA- Residential Accredited Appraiser designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors Appraisal Section. Charles E. Wade has been an affiliated real estate appraiser of the J. E. Elliott Co. since September 1979. During this time he has participated in the appraisal of vacant commercial land, office buildings, rural acreage and residential properties. Prior to 1979 he was involved in real estate sales and management in Houston for three years, and was associated with a major relocation company in Houston for seven years. During this time he had the responsibility for the acquisition and resale of residential properties in a five state region. He also conducted broker and appraisal seminars in the appraising and selling of single family residences in the relocation process in Houston, Texas. EDUCATION: B.S. Degree ( Mathematics ), Southern Methodist Universities, 1970.
