A romantic comedy by A.R. Gurney, directed by Kelly Hartog, "Sylvia" revolves around the breakdown of a marriage. Greg (Charles Alberts) and Kate (Rebecca Gillis) have moved to the suburbs now that their children have left home. While Kate's career is booming, Greg is going through a mid-life crisis, and their marriage is falling apart. However, both their lives are changed forever when Greg finds Sylvia (Sabrina Mansfield), a stray dog, in Central Park. Sylvia puts a great strain on their marriage as both females vie for Greg's affection. The play also includes Howard Metz playing three different parts - a man Greg meets, a friend of Kate's, and a marriage consultant.
